I don't normally do a preview image, but viewing this as a tiny thumbnail just doesn't work on any level.
For those who are curious, yes, I have been reading "Eragon" and "Eldest" lately. This image is a render of my interpretation of a couple of the characters in the books. Saphira was the more difficult character to do, as her scales are described as having a great deal of depth of dimension. The "effect" in the render was done by layering many textures to get a final result. All that aside, I'm pretty happy with the way this one turned out. |
