Once again, my appologies for putting this in the models area. But there isn't a 3D->utilities catagory...
This is a new release of the Povray Image Based Lighting (PIBL) code I have been working on. The tool generates lights sets from an input image. Currently, light sets can be used for povray scene files.
The major differences between this and the previous version are
* Must improved light generation engine.
* Input files can now be in .BMP format.
This tool only runs under windows/DOS.
Here are some sample scenes that were rendered in povray using lights generated by the latest version of PIBL.
